How much does it cost?
We do not have a specific set price, as fees and costs are determined by the apps you use. Some apps require user's account to be on the monthly plan whereas other are free rolling, in the sense that you only pay when you get paid. Check out the app store for more :)
Why should I use Formufy
1. Because we are cool and 2 Because we're super cool. But on a more serious note, we are trying to save businesses and individuals money by putting all the tools they may need in one place. Imagine paying only $15 for all the apps you need to operate as compared to paying a sum of $175 for the same quality of apps. Please do the math, because we have done it :)
Is Formufy safe?
Please don't freak out, but no computer system is 100% safe, however, the best security systems are always putting in measures to be a step ahead, and we do that. To make you fee better, we use a 2048 Bit SSL encryption to encrypt all your personal between our servers and your browser.
Does Formufy support fraud?
This may seem like a bizarre thing to add on an FAQ, but why not right? Formufy DOES NOT condone any fraudulent activities and will immediately shut down users account once it comes to our notice. If you ever feel that an account is suspicious or engaging in such activity, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. You may be rewarded to some extent :)
How are the fees setup?
There are two types of fees when it comes to processing payments, the processor's fees (charged by the payment processor) and transaction fees (charged by Formufy). The processor's fees are standard and so we cannot do anything about it. For some apps, we may charge both fees to come to a total of 4.9% + 30 cents, whereas other apps may be just the processor's fee of 2.9% + 30 cents. These apps are mostly the ones that work with the monthly plans.
